The inferno + class is a one hour high intensity interval training class that also provides dumbbells and resistance bands and is a fantastic workout that is sure to challenge your mind and body in the best way possible! IHP + Weights is also a low impact class, just like our standard IHP class, while also providing therapeutic, mindful muscle activation so you will walk away from your workout feeling stronger, happier, and healthier than ever! This class is like a giant party where you learn to find the most radiant, powerful, and positive you!!! All fitness levels welcome!! This class is for everyone, even first timers.

A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer. Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body's flow of energy. This is a relaxing, peaceful class.

Performed on a yoga mat and towel in a heated room with energetic music, Inferno Hot Pilates is an amazing workout that strengthens muscles and burns fat without the pounding of a high impact workout. This class moves at a slightly faster pace than the full 60 minute class, so please arrive on time, and ready to work!
